Is the soap suitable for every skin type?

Yes, our shower soaps are as gentle as a summer breeze, but strong enough for real men's skin – whether dry, normal or sensitive.

Does the soap contain animal ingredients?

No. Our soap is 100% vegan – no animal was used for its production, not even Hanno. We personally ensured that not a single gorilla hair slipped into the production process. And of course: no animal testing. Unless Hanno volunteers to test – but only because he likes to smell good.

How long does a bar of soap last?

It all depends on how you shower. If you're filming an action movie remake in your shower every morning, it'll wear off faster. With normal use: about four weeks. HANNO's tip: Store it in a dry place—then it'll stay legendary longer. (And no, "store it dry" doesn't mean in the car glove compartment.)

Can I also use it to wash my hair and beard?

Body yes, hair rather no—unless you're into the "I rolled myself in olive oil" look. Our soap is moisturizing, making it perfect for skin, but not for all-out shampoo drama. HANNO'S tip: Let it work where it shines—on your body, not on your hair.

Where is the soap made?

High up in the Alps. Where the air is clear, the water is fresh, and even the soap has more character than a big-city shower gel. No factory-floor romance – just genuine craftsmanship from the mountains.

Was ist das Kaltverfahren?

Das Kaltverfahren ist wie Handwerk statt Fabrik. Öle und Lauge mischen sich bei Raumtemperatur – keine externe Hitze nötig. Die Seife reift langsam, und deshalb bleiben die guten Stoffe erhalten. Industrielle Seifen werden dagegen gekocht – auf über 80 Grad – um Zeit zu sparen. Das funktioniert, aber es kostet: Die natürlichen Vitamine und Öle halten das nicht aus. Das Kaltverfahren braucht Geduld, liefert dafür aber eine echte Seife statt eines Konsumprodukts.

Warum habe ich mehr drin als drauf steht?

Weil wir beim Abfüllen großzügig sind — und weil Kaltverfahren-Seife das so will.

Jeder Riegel wird mit 150 Gramm angesetzt. Dann reift er. Trocknet. Verliert dabei etwas Wasser — das ist kein Fehler, das ist der Prozess. Wie viel genau, hängt von Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und dem jeweiligen Riegel ab.

Auf der Verpackung steht 140 Gramm. Das ist die Mindestmenge, die du garantiert bekommst. Was tatsächlich auf der Waage liegt, ist meistens mehr.

How long does shipping take?

We know how important fast and secure deliveries are. That's why your order will be carefully packaged and insured within Germany to ensure it arrives safely. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days , so you can have your desired products in your hands soon.

We ship with DHL.

Where is it shipped to?

We currently only ship to Germany.

How can I track my order?

We will email your tracking information once your order has shipped. You will typically receive the tracking number one day after we ship your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at any time after receipt of the order, at our sole discretion, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I return my items?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

Please note that we can only accept returns for unused items. This means that once a soap has been opened or used, it is unfortunately not returnable.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option to return the item to us within 14 days. Please contact us to do so.

Who bears the return costs?

The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or due to a manufacturing error.
